Corn Kheer

Ingredients

  • Soft Corns - 1 kilograms
  • Milk - 1 1/2 litre
  • Sugar cubes - As per your taste
  • Pistachios -  1 tablespoon (sliced)
  • Almonds - 1 tablespoon (sliced)
  • Ghee - 40 mililitres

How to cook

Step - I

First of all, take a medium size utensil and grate the corns, keep it aside. 

Step - II

Take a frying pan and put specified amount of ghee into it. Upon heating mix the grated corns with it well. Cook it until it becomes golden brown.

Step - III

Take another frying pan and put milk into it. Boil it for 2-5 minutes. Then mix the golden brown corns, let them cook in low flame until corn becomes a bit soft in milk.
Put sugar cubes as per your taste and continue to stir for the next 10 minutes.
 
Turn off the flame and decorate it with sliced almonds & pistachios.
Delicious Corn Kheer is ready to be served. Tastes best when served hot with the meal.
