Ingredients
- Bread slice - 8 (corners removed)
- Whole Mung beans (moong dal) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
- Asfoetida(hing) - 1 pinch
- Green chilli - 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 cup
How to cook
- Wash mung dal properly and leave it to soak in water for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, mix green chilli and grind the mixture fine and make paste of it.
- Part the bread slices into 4 pieces and marinade the slices with the paste.
- Now deep fry the marinaded slices until they turn golden in color.
