Bread ke Dahi Wade

Dahi wada also known as Dahi Bhalla in Punjabi, Dahi Bora in Bengali & Dahi Bara in Oriya is a type of South Asian Chaat but as of now liked by everyone all over India. Dahi wada is prepared by soaking wada in thick yogurt, but here is something different to taste "Bread ke Dahi Wade"
Dahi wada is seen in almost every kitty parties & receptions. So, lets start.



Ingredients

6 bread slices (round cutted)
250 grams thick beaten yogurt
1 cup chopped cucumber
2 boiled potato
1 tablespoon grated & chopped almonds, cashew nuts
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
1/2 cup green chutney
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (sika jeera)

How to make

Take a dish and place round bread slices, with the help of a spoon pour some milk above them so that to make them wet.
In the centre, sprinkle grated & chopped dry fruits.
Spread beated curd over it & put chopped cucumber, boiled potato.
Garnish it with tamarind chutney, green chutney & chopped cilantro. Add spices to your choice including red chilli powder, salt & sika jeera.
You can also add some pomegranate to make it look more beautiful & tasty.

Delicious Bread ke Dahi Wade is now ready to serve.
