Here's for you mouthwatering 'Rawa Appe', easy to cook, lightweight and quick receipe.
Ingredients
Rawa - 1 cup
Eno - 1 sachet
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
For Chutney :
Bengal gram (chana dal) - 1 cup
Dry coconut - 2 tablespoon
Green chilli - 2
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
How to Cook
To prepare chutney, soak chana dal & coconut in water for 3-4 hours. Then in a mixer put soaked chana dal, coconut pieces , green chilli, coriander leaves and water accordingly.
Grind the chutney fine and squeeze out 2-3 lemon juice. Mix it well.
Appe chutney is now ready.
Initially, take a bowl and put rawa and water to make a thick batter. Leave it for half an hour.
Then, after half an hour mix 1 sachet eno powder and chopped tomato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves. Mix them well in the batter.
Put on flame appe maker and grease it with oil. With the help of a spoon put the batter and cover it.
