Mewa Kheer



Ingredients

  • Makhana - 50 gram
  • Cashew nut - 3 teaspoon (pieces)
  • Almond - 2 teaspoon
  • Raisins - 2 teaspoon
  • Dry coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Chirongi - 1 teaspoon
  • Milkmaid - 1/2 tin
  • Pista - 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 litre

How to Cook

First of all, seperate the makhane into two pieces and clean them properly. Then, take a frying pan and put 1 teaspoon ghee in it, upon heating fry cashew nut pieces and strain them out. 
In the remaining ghee, fry makhane to get them a bit snacky. 
Take out pressure cooker, boil milk in it and then put fried makhane & dry coconut powder.
Cook it until one whistle blows, then open the pressure cooker & mix all the remaining dry fruits , stir it well.
Then turn off the flame and your dish is ready to be served. Serve it hot or cool, depends on your taste, it is delicious anyways :)
