Ingredients
- Gram flour (Besan) - 2 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/4th tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Onions - 2(Boiled)
- Tomato - 2(boiled)
- Paneer - 100 gram
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Spices mixture (garam masala) - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Mawa - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
Preperation
- Take a bowl and put 2 cups gram flour, 1/4th tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Make a batter of it, keep aside.
- Then put on flame non-stick tawa, upon heating grease it with oil and then evenly spread the batter all over the surface like south indian dosa. Make sure you should not spread the batter too thin.
- Put a layer of tomato sauce over the dosa, grate some paneer over to it and 1 tablespoon green onion.
- Now fold the dosa the same way it used to. Then cover it with a layer of that batter and cook it from both the sides.
- Keep it aside.
Gravy
Spices to grind
- Take out the mixer and in the jar put boiled onion, boiled tomato, Ginger-garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp, soya sauce - 2 tbsp, chilli sauce - 1 tbsp, tomato sauce - 1 tbsp, grind all the ingredients fine.
How to cook
Take a frying pan and put 5 tbsp oil, upon heating put all the grind spices and let it cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame, then mix 2 tbsp mawa.
Also, mix garam masala - 1 tsp, red chilli powder - 1 tsp, 1 cup water, salt to taste. Stir it well and when it starts boiling turn off the flame.
Take out the roll and cut the pieces to your desired shape and put in the gravy.
Wrap & Roll is now ready to be served.
