Vegetable Gold Coin
Ingredients
- Bread slice - 6
- Potato -2 (boiled)
- Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
- Green peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - 1/4th teaspoon
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
How to Cook
- Take a bread slice and cut it round with the help of any medium size bowl.
- Take a bowl and mix boiled potato, onion, carrot, peanut, as per your taste add salt & black pepper. Add butter also and mix well.
- Make small round balls of the mixture and place each ball above bread slice.
- Place the bread slices in oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake them for 8-10 minutes.
- Now serve the gold coins with tomato ketchup.
