Vegetable Gold Coin


Ingredients

  • Bread slice - 6
  • Potato -2 (boiled)
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon

How to Cook

  • Take a bread slice and cut it round with the help of any medium size bowl.
  • Take a bowl and mix boiled potato, onion, carrot, peanut, as per your taste add salt & black pepper. Add butter also and mix well.
  • Make small round balls of the mixture and place each ball above bread slice.
  • Place the bread slices in oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake them for 8-10 minutes.
  • Now serve the gold coins with tomato ketchup.
