Ingredients
2 Capsicum - grated
1 Tomato - grinded
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Preperation
Grate the capsicum with the help of grater and keep aside.
Take a frying pan and put 1 tbsp oil, heat it.
Put cumin seeds(jeera) and grated capsicum, saute it.
Then mix specified amount of coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix well.
When capsicum is half cooked then mix grinded tomato and cover it with a lid.
Remove the lid and sprinkle 1/4th tsp garam masala, mix it and serve.
This plain & simple capsicum tastes good even without ginger & garlic. It is a 5 minute receipe & easy to cook.
*** To retain the green color of capsicum sprinkle very few sugar cubes while cooking.
