Ingredients
- Palak patte - 10
- Potato - 2 (boiled)
- Green chilli - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Coriander powder
- Anardana
- Aniseeds (saunf) - 1/4th teaspoon (chopped)
- Ginger - 1/4th teaspoon (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1/4th teaspoon
How to Cook
- First of all, wash off the palak patte and wipe them with the help of a cloth.
- Peel off the potato and mash them.
- Take a bowl and put mashed potato in that and mix chopped green chilli, coriander powder, anardana, chopped ginger & aniseeds, salt , red chilli powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well and make small round balls of it. Keep aside.
- One by one place potato balls on each patte and cover the ball with palak patta.
- Bake the rolls for 8-10 minutes at 100 degree centigrade.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
