Spinach Potato Roles

Here's for you a low oil receipe, people now-a-days are so busy in their lives it is very much important to keep care of their health. As the saying goes "Health is Wealth". So keep healthy keep enjoying because there are lot more such receipies coming soon.



Ingredients

  • Palak patte - 10
  • Potato - 2 (boiled)
  • Green chilli - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
  • Coriander powder
  • Anardana
  • Aniseeds (saunf) - 1/4th teaspoon (chopped)
  • Ginger - 1/4th teaspoon (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4th teaspoon

How to Cook

  • First of all, wash off the palak patte and wipe them with the help of a cloth.
  • Peel off the potato and mash them.
  • Take a bowl and put mashed potato in that and mix chopped green chilli, coriander powder, anardana, chopped ginger & aniseeds, salt , red chilli powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and make small round balls of it. Keep aside.
  • One by one place potato balls on each patte and cover the ball with palak patta.
  • Bake the rolls for 8-10 minutes at 100 degree centigrade.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
