Aloo Lajawab

Potatoes are my all time favorite, one day my father-in-law brought very tiny size potatoes. First thought of making Dum Aloo but its very common now. So, tried making Aloo Lajawab without peeling it off.
It looks good & tastes delicious.

Ingredients

Small potatoes - 20-25
Roasted cumin seeds (sika jeera) - 2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Lime juice - 2 tablespoon (As per your taste)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Oil to fry

How to Cook

Rinse off the potatoes 2-3 times so that the soil stick to it wash away.
Take a frying pan and put 2 teaspoon oil, upon warming put potatoes & salt, saute it and cover up with a lid until potatoes get soft.

After that open up the lid and mix all the other ingredients such as sika jeera, red chilli powder, garam masala & lime juice. Mix it well.

Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with coriander leaves & onion rings. Aloo Lajawab is now ready to serve.
