Kiwi or Chinese Gooseberry is native to China but was first cultivated in New Zealand. Kiwis are a nutrient rich fruit which means they are high in nutrients & low in calories.
The main health benefits of Kiwi are maintaining skin tone & texture, reducing blood pressure and the risk of stroke.
Here is the step by step receipe of delicious Kiwi cheese cake.
INGREDIENTS
Homemade vanilla cake – crushed (2 cup)
Pie tin
China grass
Cottage cheese -
100gm grated
Milk powder – 2 tablespoon
Fresh cream – 2 cups
Kiwi crush – ½ cup
Edible green color – ¼ teaspoon

How to make
For first layer:
Mix 2 tbsp kiwi crush in the crushed vanilla cake. Put the
mixture in the pie tin & keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins.
For second layer:
Take 5 tsp of china grass, pour some water into the cup
& mix it well. For 20 seconds heat it in microwave.
Take a bowl and add 100gms grated cottage cheese , milk powder, fresh cream, kiwi crush,
green color, microwaved china grass, add all this in a mixer grinder & grind the mixture smooth.
Now, put the second layer above the first layer and keep the
mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes.
For third layer:
Take a fry pan, add 1 medium cup kiwi crush, 2 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp green
color, 1 tbsp water and 5tbsp china grass then boil it.
Let it cool at room temperature.
Garnish the pie tin with some sliced kiwis & then pour
the third layer above it. Keep it for another 20mins in refrigerator.
Kiwi cheese cake in now ready to be served.
