Ingredients
- Maida - 2 cups
- Butter - 3 tablespoon
- Salt - 2 pinch
- Sugar - 5 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1/4th teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Tuty fruity - 2 tablespoon
How to cook
Take a bowl and put 2 cups maida, 50 grams butter, one pinch salt, 2 tablespoon sugar, 1/4th teaspoon baking powder, mix all the ingredients well with cold water and make it like dough and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Take out the dough and grease the pietin with butter. In that, settle the dough in a regular manner in the pietin and bake it in microwave for 25 minutes.
For filling
Then take another bowl put 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon butter, one pinch salt, 1 pinch cinnamon, 2 tablespoon tuty fruity.
Mix the ingredients and put it in microwave for 3 minutes or heat it over gas in low flame.
Take out the pietin and spread the filling over it. Cut it into pieces and serve it .
