Baked Palak in White Sauce

Hello friends, normally you have eaten simply fried Palak or Palak with potato or tomato but this time get ready to taste something new.

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter - 4 tablespoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 2 (boiled & grind)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Spices mixture - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 3 (boiled & grind)
  • Spinach - 250 grams (boiled & grind)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup

For White Sauce

  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Maida - 3 tablespoon
  • Cheese cube - 1
  • Milk - 1 1/2 cup.

How to Cook

Take a fry pan and put 4 tbsp butter, upon heating put ginger-garlic paste, boiled & grind onion, turmeric powder, spices mixture, red chilli powder, tomato pury, mix all the ingredients well and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes mix boiled & grind spinach, salt and then 1 cup milk, mix well and turn off the flame.

Let us move towards how to cook white sauce :

Take another fry pan and put 2 tbsp butter, upon melting mix 3 tbsp maida, stir it well for 1 minute then turn off the flame.
In this mixture grate 1 cheese cube, 1 1/2 cup milk, stir well so that there will be no lumps.
White sauce must be medium thick.

Now, put spinach gravy in a baking dish and spread over it. Then grate one more cheese cube on the gravy.
At 180 degree centigrade, bake it for 20 minutes.




After 20 minutes Baked Palak inWhite Sauce is ready to give your tongue a new taste. People who do not like spinach will surely gonna like it.
