INGREDIENTS:
STEP - I
- Potatoes - 4(Boiled & Grated)
- Bread slices - 3 (crushed)
- Spices mixture - 1/4th teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/4th teaspoon
- Salt to taste
STUFFING :
For stuffing we need -
- Mawa - 50 grams
- Cottage cheese - 50 grams (grated)
- Orange color - 1/4th teaspoon
- Salt - 1 pinch
STEP - II
For making kofta, make medium size balls of the ingredients taken in step - I. Then take two potato balls and sandwich a stuffed ball in between two potato balls. Keep in mind the stuffed ball should not get flatten and give oval shape to the kofta, deep fry it one by one.
SPICES TO GRIND :
- Onions - 3 (boiled & grind)
- Tomato - 4 (boiled & grind)
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- cashew nuts - 15-20 (soaked in water)
- Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Aniseeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Spices mixture - 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli - 2
- Black pepper - 10-12
- Green cardamom - 4
Now take a fry pan and put 5 tablespoon oil, upon warming put the grind spices and heat it for 5-6 minutes. After 5-6 minutes mix 2 tablespoon mawa, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt. Leave it to cook.
HOW TO SERVE :
Take a dish & place one kofta in that. Put the gravy above it and decorate with some fresh cream. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
