Lets discuss step by step process about how to cook Kasoori Paneer -
STEP - I
- Take 200 grams cottage cheese cut into small cubes.
- In a fry pan put 5 tablespoons of oil and deep fry the small cubes.
- Take out the pieces from the fry pan and put it in a bowl pre-filled with water so that the cheese cubes remain soft.
Spices to grind :
- Kasoori methi - 1 tablespoon
- Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
- Green chilli - 2
- Curd - 2 tablespoon
- Green cardamom - 4
- Cinnamon - 1
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Spices mixture - 2 teaspoon
- Boiled onions - 2
- Boiled tomatoes - 5
- Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
STEP -III
Take a fry pan and put 5 tablespoon butter and upon heating put all the grind spices, cook it for 5 minutes. Additionally, mix 2 tablespoon mawa or fresh cream. Then put 2 cups of milk and salt to taste. Atlast, add the small cubes of cottage cheese. Mix properly all the ingredients and serve.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
