Onion paratha or pyaj paratha is often taken as a meal with a side dish any chutney or raita. Pyaj paratha is very easy to make and most important the ingredients are easily available in any indian kitchen.

Ingredients
Onion - 2 large
Wheat flour - 3 cups
Salt to taste
Water as required
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
How to make
First of all make dough of wheat flour, salt to taste & water.
Take out small round balls out of it & roll it into 4-5 inches.
Fill some julian cut onion, sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder & a pinch of salt.
Seal it from all sides properly.
Then again roll it out as big as it can & cook it on a pre heated tawa.
