Pudina Aloo

Spearmint (pudina) leaves are very soothing and refreshing in summer's. Apart from aam panna with pudina & pudina chtuney here's Aloo ki sabzi with pudina. It is easy to cook & is very refreshing.




Ingredients

Potato - 2
Spearmint leaves - 8-10
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder  - 1/4th teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/4th teaspoon
Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

How to cook

Boil the potatoes and peel out. Cut into 4 large pieces and with the help of a fork punch it from all sides.


Then deep fry the pieces. Take out & keep aside.



Now put on flame a frying pan with 1 tablespoon oil in it. Upon warming, add cumin seeds, when they began to crackle put green chilli & fried potato pieces.


Put black salt, white salt, black pepper & spearmint leaves. Saute it.



Let it cook till spearmint leaves get soft.

Pudina Aloo is now ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot.
