Kurkuri Bhindi

Kurkuri Bhindi is simply deep fried sprinkled with some spices. This tangy, tasty & spicy kurkuri bhindi is the most simple recipes in this category.


Ingredients

Lady fingers - 250 grams
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4th teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4th teaspoon
Lime juice - 1 teaspoon

How to cook

Wash off lady fingers properly & wipe them with a clean cloth. Cut all the lady fingers horizontally.
Keep aside.


Then put on flame a frying pan with sufficient oil in it. Upon heating, deep fry the lady finger pieces.
Now dish out the fried pieces.


Sprinkle specified quantities of salt, chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & lime juice.


Mix it well & serve hot.

Tangy, tasty & spicy Kurkuri Bhindi is ready to be served.
