Aam panna is a very cool & refreshing drink in summers. It is renowned for its heat resistant properties. Aam panna is prepared from ripe mangoes, mint leaves, sugar & assorted spices.

Ingredients
Raw mangoes - 2
Sugar granules - 1 - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup (paste)
Roasted cumin seeds( sika jeera) - 1 1/2 teaspoon
How to make
Peel off the raw mangoes & cut into cubes. Put the cubes in a bowl half filled with water.
Place the bowl in microwave for 8 minutes in intervals of 2 minutes. For those who do not have microwave you can also boil raw mangoes in pressure cooker.
Now blend the boiled mangoes with hand blender. After blending it well add sugar granules, roasted cumin seeds & paste of mint leaves.
Mix it well and put it in refrigerator to cool down. Before serving just check the sugar granules have dissolved properly or not.
If not, then mix and serve.
Serve chilled, garnish it with mint leaves.
