Ground nut Chutney

Ground nut chutney is a must to have with any south indian dish but now-a-days it is liked with many of the other recipes too.
 Like with any dish made from sooji it is a must for me to eat.

Ground nut chutney is an instant chutney which is ready within 5 minutes or less.


Ingredients

Ground nuts - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 2 cup
Green chilli - 4-5
Salt to taste
Lemon - 5-6

How to make

First of all wash off properly coriander leaves. Take a mixer grinder, add ground nuts, coriander leaves, green chilli & salt to taste.




Add little water & grind it fine. Then empty the jar in a bowl and squeeze out 4-5 lemons, this chutney tastes good when it is sour, but the quantity can be adjusted as per one's taste.
