Bread Crunch




Ingredients


  • Bread slice - 8 (corners removed)
  • Whole Mung beans (moong dal) - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
  • Asfoetida(hing) - 1 pinch
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 cup

 How to cook

  • Wash mung dal properly and leave it to soak in water for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, mix green chilli and grind the mixture fine and make paste of it.
  • Part the bread slices into 4 pieces and marinade the slices with the paste.
  • Now deep fry the marinaded slices until they turn golden in color.
Take out in a dish and serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander mint chutney.

Moti Mahal ki Dal



Ingredients

  • Whole black gram (Kali Urad dal) - 1 cup
  • Kidney beans (rajma) - 1/2 cup (soaked in water for 3-3 1/2 hours)
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
For Tadka :
  • Butter or Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom - 2

Raw banana skin mixture

Ingredients

  • Raw Banana peel (Chhilka) - 1 cup
  • Chana dal - 1/2 cup
  • Peanuts - 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 3/4th teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 3/4th teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 3/4th teaspoon
  • Spices mixture(garam masala) - 1/2 teaspoon

Mewa Kheer



Ingredients

  • Makhana - 50 gram
  • Cashew nut - 3 teaspoon (pieces)
  • Almond - 2 teaspoon
  • Raisins - 2 teaspoon
  • Dry coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)

Corn Kheer

Ingredients

  • Soft Corns - 1 kilograms
  • Milk - 1 1/2 litre
  • Sugar cubes - As per your taste
  • Pistachios -  1 tablespoon (sliced)
  • Almonds - 1 tablespoon (sliced)
  • Ghee - 40 mililitres
