Potato Corn Curry


INGREDIENTS

  • Potato - 2 medium sized
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Curd - 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Spices mixture - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Orange color - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Maida - 2 tablespoon
First of all with the help of water and a pinch of salt half boil the two medium size potatoes.
Then take a bowl and put the half boiled potatoes and mix in it 1 tbsp curd, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, spices mixture, salt to taste, orange color, corn flour and maida.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Another step is to deep fry the mixture like snacks crispy and keep it aside.


Spices to Grind

  • Tomato - 3 (boiled )
  • Onion - 2 (boiled)
  • Ginger - garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Spices mixture - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

How to Cook

Take a fry pan and put 4 tablespoon oil, upon warming of oil put the grinded mixture and cook it for 5 minutes, after that mix 1/4th cup corn.
Put 2 cups water and boil, also put salt and chilli sauce. Turn off the flame.


How to Serve

Now take the crispy potatoes and put them in the gravy, stir it properly. Take out in a serving dish & garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot.
