Ginger Garlic stuffed Tomato

Tomatoes are always been known to have many health benefits, so its time to use these red red beauties with the flavor of ginger & garlic. Here's step by step procedure on how to cook ginger-garlic stuffed tomato.


Ingredients

  • Tomato - 3
  • Ginger - 2 teaspoon (grated)
  • Garlic - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup (fine chopped)
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

How to cook

Step - I

  • Cut the tomato into 4 pieces vertically so as the pieces doesn't get apart.

Step - II

  • Take a bowl and mix grated ginger , finely chopped garlic , coriander leaves , red chilli powder , finely chopped green chilli and salt to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and fill it in the sliced tomatoes.
  • Take a fry pan and put 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Upon heating , place the stuffed tomatoes and cover the pan with a lid.
  • Leave it for 5- 7 minutes, then turn off the flame and serve hot.

Ginger garlic flavored stuffed tomatoes are ready to be served.
